Here is a nighttime view from last weekend with the Milky Way as a backdrop to the Town of Parry Sound’s waterfront (it’s on the right side of the sky as shown). It’s peak Milky Way season right now and with smoke no longer an issue you should make use of the opportunity to get out and take a look. (August 2021)
