One month after the Winter Solstice and it’s a perfect winter day in Parry Sound. The Big Sound had frozen over in most parts just in the last twenty-four hours. It’s not much more than a skim, where you see the dark blue patches, but it’s a start. Looking out further from Belvedere Hill it’s possible to see open stretches of water.
