Laying track. Here’s a photo of the machine CN uses to ‘insert and screw down’ what’s known as a ‘PR-clip’ that holds the rail to the tie. A machine running just in front of this one drilled holes for the clips that were inserted and tightened by this machine. (Parry Sound, May 2013)
